Shipping policy
OVERVIEW
All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. If you would like express shipping, please email us at hello@luscent.co and we will do our best to accommodate. All orders are processed and shipped from our Denver studio within 3-5 business days. Please note, processing times may vary during sales or new product launches. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio and it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping candles in the heat is a challenging task and we want to ensure your package arrives in the best possible condition!
During the hot summer months (late May through early September), shipping is limited to Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend exposure to non-air conditioned facilities. If you place an order on Wednesday, it may not leave our warehouse until the following Monday so please plan accordingly for fulfillment time.
Don’t forget, tracking is crucial to preventing heat-related damage to your candles. Keep a close eye on your tracking information to prevent extended time in heat. If you're sending your order as a gift, track the shipment and alert the recipient upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All packages are shipped out of our Denver studio. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.
